Leaside’s staff are extensively supported by over 40 committed volunteers, most of whom came through Leaside as young people themselves. Leaside is extremely grateful to its volunteers.

Drawn from current volunteers, the members’ representatives approve the appointment or re-appointment of directors, approve the annual audited accounts, hold the board accountable at the annual general meeting and contribute to the development of Leaside through involvement in working groups or sub-committees.
